Whilst every
effort is made to ensure healthy stock, no warranty is given,
expressed or implied and responsibility cannot be accepted for
crop failure or genetic breakdown of a cultivar.

Enclose cheque or postal
order with every order. Orders will be dealt with on a first come,
first served basis.

Orders will be
dispatched from early February, as required. Collection is possible by
prior arrangement.

Any correspondence to be
accompanied by SAE please.

Unless substitutes are
named we will substitute in the event of a cultivar being sold out.

Any breakages or
complaint must be accompanied by return of the plants within 10 days.

All plants will be
supplied as Rooted Cuttings.

These terms relate to
sales of plants within the U.K. only.

The placing of an order
is considered acceptance of these terms.
